BASE•128
A ready-to-use solution to decontaminate various human tissues intended for transplantation (skin, amniotic membrane) in different conditions of time and temperature. 
The mixture of four antibiotics (vancomycin, gentamicin, cefotaxime, and amphotericin B desoxycholate) is active against the most frequent contaminants detected in tissue banks (Gram+ and Gram- bacteria, yeasts and moulds). 
The BASE•128 decontamination solution can also be used for tissue transport to the bank, immediately after procurement, or during tissue dissection.

BASE
A rinsing solution able to remove antibiotics from various human tissues intended for transplantation (skin, amniotic membrane), after decontamination. 
The solution also removes the DMSO residues from tissues after cryopreservation and preserves the integrity of the tissue, due to the proprietary formula based on RPMI 1640. 
The BASE rinsing solution can also be used for tissue transport to the bank or during tissue dissection.

Cryopreservation

GLYO•ON
Glycerol with purity higher than 98%, which is certified for use with human tissues and cells intended for transplantation.
Product is sterile, apyrogenic and mycoplasma tested according to the current Pharmacopoeias (EP and USP).
It is packaged in sterile double pouch to meet GMP requirements

CRYO•ON
Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) with purity higher than 99.9%, which is certified for use with human tissues and cells intended for transplantation. 
Product is sterile, apyrogenic and mycoplasma-free according to the current Pharmacopoeias (EP and USP). 
It is packaged in sterile double pouch to meet GMP requirements.
