TB-S Trypan Blue for corneal evaluation
0.25% trypan blue. Solution stains nuclei and Descemet's membrane damaged cells, allowing accurate evaluation of endothelial cell mortality. SR-S Sucrose for intercellular space swelling 1.4% sucrose solution which allows the separation of cells off clusters to visualize endothelial cell borders, allowing an accurate counting of corneal endothelial cells.
