| Synergetics one
step sutureless channel systems couldn't be easier to use. Supplied as a
disposable pack consisting of three trocars preloaded with cannulae,
infusion line and 3 plugs. Displace the conjunctiva, insert the preloaded
trocar at a 30 to 40 degree angle of incision, remove the trocar leaving
behind the cannulae; you are now ready to get on with your case. The
unique design of the blade gives a slit wound architecture similar to that
of an MVR blade, enabling the wounds to seal with out the need for
sutures. |
